As a Retail Manager you will be managing personnel, this includes recruitment, training, appraising and discipline of allretail staff as and when required.Follow Managers Handbook for guidance.Managing Store - this includes managing the maintenance issues with the store,ensuring the adequate and appropriate staffing of the store, managing the security of thestore and the product within and ensuring that stock losses are kept to a minimum.
To apply for this role you must have at least 5 years retail luxury experience. You must be a strong manager who wants to grow as a manager. Please note that this role could involve some international travel in the furture.
